Your first session is a chance for us to talk through what’s going on and what you’re hoping counseling can help with. From there, I develop a personalized treatment approach drawing on evidence-based modalities suited to your needs, with progress reviewed and adjusted as we move forward together.

Sunrise Driving Directions & Parking
From central Sunrise, head east on W Sunrise Blvd and continue for several miles as it crosses into Plantation. The office will be on your right just past University Drive.
From northern Sunrise, take Pine Island Road south, then turn east onto W Sunrise Blvd. Alternatively, take the Sawgrass Expressway south to Sunrise Blvd, then head east.
Free parking is available directly outside the office at Pine Island Commons, 8551 W Sunrise Blvd. There are plenty of parking spaces available for clients.
