Your first session is a chance for us to talk through what’s going on and what you’re hoping counseling can help with. From there, I develop a personalized treatment approach drawing on evidence-based modalities suited to your needs, with progress reviewed and adjusted as we move forward together.
From central Wilton Manors, head west on Oakland Park Boulevard, then continue onto W Sunrise Boulevard through Fort Lauderdale and Lauderhill into Plantation. The office will be on your right just past University Drive.
From southern Wilton Manors, take Andrews Avenue or Federal Highway north to Oakland Park Boulevard, then head west to W Sunrise Boulevard and continue west into Plantation.
Free parking is available directly outside the office at Pine Island Commons, 8551 W Sunrise Blvd. There are plenty of parking spaces available for clients.

Is counseling confidential?
Yes. What you share in session stays between us, with a few exceptions required by law, which I’ll walk you through in your consent forms before our first session.
